Getting Started quickly with Easy TV Radio

Easy TV Radio has a very friendly interface and it is very easy to use. Here we will show you how to quickly start using Easy TV Radio software. learn to use it.
 

This is the menu of Easy TV Radio which is just below the top of main window. You can access various functionalities of Easy TV Radio by clicking on these menu. We have explained various menu options and their functionality in detail on next page.


 

This is the list of channels you can play. On the top of the image there are tabs TV, Radio and Favorite you can click these tabs to view respective channels.

These channels can be further filtered by Country and Category by selecting them from the drop down box. This is quite useful if you just want to see news channels or music stations. You can also choose "All Countries" to see all the channels.

Against the channel name, the bandwidth required is added so that you can see if the channel will play smoothly on your computer. Radio channels do not require much bandwidth so it is not shown there.

To play a channel you can either double click it or select it and click "Play" button which is located at the bottom left side of the screen.

For more options you can right click on the channel list to bring up context menu.

Channels with icons are played using windows media player.

Channels with icons are played using real player.

Channels with icons are played using flash player.

For all these channels to work Windows Media Player, Real Player and Flash Player should be installed on your computer. All of them have free fully working versions of their software which you can download and install from the link below.

You do not have to worry what software you have. Easy TV Radio will automatically detect and suggest what to do.


 

This is the quick access bar, these controls are here for easy access. Same functionalities can be achieved through Menu.

If a channel is selected in the list then clicking "Play/Pause" button will Play or Pause the channel. Some channels cannot be paused so clicking on Pause button will not work.

Clicking the "Stop" button will stop the current channel playing. The text on "Pause" button will change back to "Play"

Clicking the speaker icon will mute the sound.You can change the sound volume by dragging the slider. The shortcut is F2 key.

Clicking the "Show/Hide List" will toggle the visible state of channel list for better vieweing. The shortcut is F3 key.


This is the status bar, just above the quick access bar. All the information regarding the state of the software will be shown here. If it is showing "Buffering.." then it means that you internet connection is slow than what is required for the channel to play. By buffering the software stores the data so that it can play smoothly. Usually it is for very small amount of time and you do not have to wait longer.


 

 

Many times you will encounter this screen while trying to play a channel. Sometime due to internet problems a channel cannot be played. The problem can be anywhere, on the side where this channel is broadcasted, your side or in between. Usually it goes away within an hour or two.

If this problem persists with a channel then please report the channel so that we can take appropriate action.
