How to fix Real Player Error

The problem: When you play a Real Player channel, it shows "Loading.." and then suddenly it says Channel not available now.

Probable Solution:

• Open Real Player and then from "Tools" menu click "Preferences"





• In the "Preferences" window click "Network Transports" which is under "Connection". On the right side pane under "Network Transport"
  click on "Manually configure connection settings" checkbox so that the buttons under it "RTSP Settings" and "PNA Settings" become enabled.





• Click on "RTSP Settings" button. In the "RTSP Transport Settings" window uncheck all the boxes except "Attempt to use HTTP for all content".
  Click "OK" button and do the same for "PNA Settings".





• Click "OK" to close all the windows. Close Real Player and restart Easy TV Radio.
