Easy TV Radio is supported by Microsoft Windows ME, 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7 operating system. - What are the system requirements for Easy TV Radio?
Following are the system requirements:
1. Microsoft .NET framework 3.5 or higher Automatically detected and if not found then installed by software.
2. Windows Media Player 9 or higher It comes with the operating system but in case download Windows Media Player
3. Real Player 10 or higher(Optional) If it is not installed on your PC then download Real Player
4. Flash Player 8 or higher(Optional) If you have old version on your computer then
All the above mentioned software have free version. You do not have to pay for them. Just download, install and use them.
You do not have to worry which software you have or what version it is. Easy TV Radio will inform and guide you to do the needful if required. - There are two files in the zip folder I have downloaded. Which one to execute?
Please execute setup.exe this will detect if you have correct version of Microsoft .net framework required and if do not have it then it will
automatically download and install it. - Why does it take so long for the installation. It seems it is hanged?
Microsoft .NET framework 3.5 or higher is required for the functioning of Easy TV Radio. If you do not have Microsoft .Net framework 3.5
or higher installed then setup downloads and installs it. This takes some time depending on internet speed (Usually 15-20 minutes).
Please be patient and let the software install. - Why do not some channels play?
Many times due to internet connection problem on your side or at the side where channel is telecasted the channel becomes unavailable.
If this keeps happening please report the channel to us through software and we will try to rectify the problem in next database release.
We also regularly monitor and update database accordingly - What does it mean when I play a channel and the status shows "Buffering"?
When your computer's internet speed is less than what it is required by the channel to play, the software downloads little amount
of data before showing it to you. This is done so that you can watch/listen the channel smoothly. While downloading the data, software
displays "Buffering" as status.
- Lot of Real Player channels give error just after showing "Loading.." status?
